Refund Policy

1. What you are buying

Elunara access is a single payment. There is no trial, no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal to stop. Your payment method is not stored for future payments. Access to your Premium Map, your 90-day protocol and your journal does not expire.

2. Digital products

Our reports are digital, personalized content generated specifically for you and delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery. Because of this, purchases are generally not refundable once content has been generated and delivered, except where required by law. We evaluate exceptional requests case by case.

3. Situations we will make right

• You were charged but could not access your content due to a technical error on our end.
• Your report was generated from data different from what you submitted (e.g., wrong birth date despite correct input).
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

4. Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including any statutory withdrawal rights in your country.
