Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Membership and cancellation

Elunara Membership starts with a paid intro period (currently 7 days), then continues month to month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you always keep the Premium Map that was generated for you.

Payments already made are not automatically refunded, except where required by law.

2. Digital products

Our reports are digital, personalized content generated specifically for you and delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery. Because of this, purchases are generally not refundable once content has been generated and delivered. We evaluate exceptional requests case by case.

3. Situations we will make right

• You were charged but could not access your content due to a technical error on our end.
• Your report was generated from data different from what you submitted (e.g., wrong birth date despite correct input).
• You were charged after cancelling before renewal.

4. Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including any statutory withdrawal rights in your country.
